 The gimp wonders if maybe, just maybe, the election has been handed to the Republican by his opponents?
Things were starting to look up for HillBilly after Bam Bam's pastor/mentor exposed himself in the pulpit. Then, HillBilly let us have a glimpse of her rich inner fantasy life. She was shot at? And they missed? Oh my. I can tell anyone who wants to listen about being shot at, and not by cowardly snipers hiding in trees or fire fights in the distant hills. I've had thousands, that's right, thousands of katyusha rockets fired at me. And more than a few of them were documented on TV. Want to see the scars from the near misses? The physical scars, no one gets to see the emotional ones! Trust me, folks, those near misses don't qualify me for any public office, and they were real, not figments of an over active fantasy life.
So, which of the candidates will the Democrats nominate at their convention? The half black guy with the insane racist preacher, or the crazy fantasict peace maker who wasn't even shot at, except in her dreams?
Now all Mc Cain has to do is not make any big public goofs, and he walks into the White House after a clean campaign. Both wannabes have done the dirty work all by themselves.
I just realized that there is a new expression for "I lied" and "I told a whopper" it's "I misspoke" Those liberal DemoncRats just keep changing the language on us as they go along. I think HillBilly needs a new slogan. It doesn't take a village (or government) to raise a child. It takes a New English Dictionary.

Diversionary Tactics

The gimp wonders how we all missed the obvious and why no one that I've run into has mentioned it yet. Maybe because it's not something a White American would pick up on quickly?
Barrack H. Obama is not only a liar, racist, and any number of other things, he is also an usurper. Think about it for a minute. His mother was a white American, his father, an African Black Muslim, and he, who claims to be half black (and only half white when it furthers his divisive claims) has absolutely no right to claim any experience of the American Blacks. He was brought up by Whites in a white environment, which pretty much precludes any real experience of the post slavery, and civil rights movement, as no one from his family was ever a slave here. The closest he can get to that is through his wife, and pastor.
I wonder (conspiracy theorist that I am) if maybe this whole campaign he's running(change, unification, and hope) might just be that Anti American, racists minister's way of putting a political creature of his own making in a better position to get back at the Whites than a U.S. Senator.
Come on, the guy has absolutely no ancestral links to the American Black experience, yet, he is succeeding in diverting the whole thing to his minister's character. How can someone who has only bought into his spirtual mentor's racist views be anything other than a shadow of the minister's publicly stated  personna? And now just about everyone is going on and on about the minister, instead of looking at the candidate himself. If I were more naive I'd almost expect a Black American to have seen this long ago and called him on it.
Sorry, but, at this point Obama has shown himself to be completely unworthy of being elected to any office in the land.
What he is, is actually one of the very few who can actually be called African American. That's exactly what he is.
It's all clear to me now.

Obama has some 'splaining to do

The gimp wonders if maybe, just maybe, Obama has finally punctured the hot air balloon that has been carrying him in the general direction of the White House.
Watching and listening to that so called 'man of G-d' screech G-d damn America from the pulpit of a Christian church in America made my blood run cold. That Obama did not immediately denounce the man who is his spitual advisor was worse in some ways than what White himself said.
How on earth can a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America do nothing more than say that he doesn't agree with every single thing his spiritual mentor preaches from the pulpit of the church he attends?
Oh, and let's not forget that this is also the same preacher(?) who praised and awarded Farakhan for his racist and antisemitic views. 
The gimp wonders if that hot air balloon with the gaping hole in it will now begin to spiral out of control and eventually crash in one of CHicago's less afluent neighorhoods?
And even though it might seem to not be about race, it's only about race and look who played that card! Do we really want an anti caucasion racist in the Oval Office? We can't really call it anti white racism, can we?

It's not possible, is it?

The gimp wonders if maybe, just maybe, HillBilly were farsighted and manipulative enough to have pulled off a vast left wing conspiracy of their own. It has been my experience that those who accuse others of things like that, often know where of tthey speak because they have done such things themselves. I suspect that they could maybe have manipulated their party into nominating the two candidates who were so horrorfying to the American voting public that Bush had to win. And then, stage two of their plan was to blame every single thing that went wrong in the world on him, so that HillBilly would be more attractive as an alternative. If they did indeed pull that off (I'm not sure how) it has well and truly backfired on them. It almost worked, but now they are contending with a surprise twist they never planned on in Barack Obama. Is it any wonder that HillBilly are in a major panic now? I'm not accusing them of having done that. I'm just wondering out loud. There is very little I'd put past them. Oh, I do indeed wonder.

Is it really that difficult to understand?

The gimp wonders why she can't get her usual purple font color to work and why TH has made such an unholy mess of the Baby Blogs. Is it really more important to have a blog format that is a pain to use than one that made it simpler to read and comment? How many Baby Bloggers will have to leave before someone over there figures it out? I actually preffered the access problems to the new format. This is rediculous. Why have a fancy pants tool bar that is useless?

The gimp wonders what is so difficult to understand about what is going on in southern Israel these days. The duly elected Hamas  government has been firing hundreds of kassam rockets at Sderot -a civilian city, not an army base since the day that idiot Ariel Sharon forced all of the Jewish settlers out of their homes in Gaza and left the so called palestinians the infrastructure with which to build their industries. The only industry they have built is one of terrorist tunnels and rockets. And now they are shooting katyushas at Askelon!
Ok. I'll take this nice and slow.
There is no such thing as a palestinian people. Never was, never will be. They are the sole  figment of Arafart's imagination. We were stupid enough to buy into his  demented lie when we let him return  as the 'legitmate' leader of that non existant people.
From the very day Arafart arrived on the scene we have seen nothing but terror both in Israel prper and the so called palestinian territories, erm, terrortories. They have terrorized the very people they claim to represent as much, if not more that the Israelis.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when Abu Mazzen, the PM of the West Bank accused us of perpetrating a holocaust against the people in Gaza. Would someone please explain his logic to me? His doctoral thesis was a denial of the holocaust during WWII. So, without missing a beat he says that we are doing the very thing he claims was never done to us. Who writes his lines? Achmadinajar?
I'm going to type this very slowly so that even a lib moonbat can keep up. The Hamas soldiers for peace;or is that for pieces (of Israel) have been shooting rockets at purely civilian cities but cry foul when we kill or injure their people who were where they shouldn't have been, to be used as human shields and as fodder for the media to show how inhumane the Israelis are. You can't have it both ways. If you want to keep your women children and youth safe, encourage them to stay away from the areas you are using to shoot rockets, buildings where you build the bombs and rockets and the vehicles you use to transport them. Do that and you won't have any 'civilian' casualties. It really is easy. In fact, it doesn't get much easier. Even easier, stop the rockets and other terror activities and we will leave you alone to get on with it, and even help you. Can it get any easier than that? But, if you keep attacking us, get your shelters in shape. You are going to need them.
I fully expect my friends to north to join the party sometime in the next 24 to 36 hours. It won't be pretty but it will be loud.
The gimp wonders when the rest of the world will finally figure out what's really going on over here? Will that happen before things start going boom in your front gardens?
