Christmas and muzzies

The gimp wonders if her Christmas wish will be granted, but has her doubts.
I hope everyone who stops in here will have a wonderful Christmas and the happiest and healthiest of New Years. I also hope that you will stop for a minute or two to think about your fellow Christians over here in the Holy Land. Contrary to what the freaking rag head muzzies would have think, the Jewish State is not behind the blatent muzzie take over of historically Christian cities and towns. It is not Jews who now make up the majority of residents in Nazareth Bethlehem and other previously predominantly Christian towns and villages. It was not the Jews who tried to build a mosque in the courtyard of the Church in Nazareth. Nor was it the Jews who took over the Church in Bethlehem and held Christians, and clergy, hostage while looting and descretating one of the holiest places to Christians world wide. We also do not demand money for protection, nor do we threaten Christians with physical harm if they don't do our bidding. We also didn't force Church officials to smuggle weapons for us into Israel. Nope, that wasn't us. We were the ones who put a stop to the mosque outrage in Nazareth, and when the West Bank and Gaza were under control  we were the ones who made sure that local Christians (guardians of the Christian holy sites for Christians everywhere) were safe and allowed to worship as, when, and where they saw fit. Then, we were forced to let the PLO take over in the West Bank and Gaza, and things quickly changed. Among other things, Christians were forced out of their homes and businesses, not by us, but by their Muslin "betters". This also gave the muzzies the 'power' to demand rights over Christian places in Israel proper, and to try and blame us for it all.
I do hope that Christians the world over will take a few minutes to at least pray for their bretheren here who fear for their lives and religion. It just isn't right what the muzzies are doing.
The gimp fears that the day when they build a mosque over the churches in Bethlehem, Nazareth and Jerusalem is closer than anyone imagines. Please wake up and do something. The way things are going, we won't be around to even save your holy sites inside Israel for much longer. It really is up to you now.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the gimp who wonders.

Musings of the random sort

The gimp wonders in wonderment at the seeming insanity of responses to recent events. And believe me, the gimp knows insanity when she sees it!
I'm having more than a little trouble understanding how any one whether in their right or wrong mind can accept that intelligence(?) report about Iran. You want to know Iran's intentions on the nuclear issue? Just listen to Achmedinajar, especially after he found out that someone actually had the nerve to spy on his country. He's smirking all the way to the reactor.
Come on people. Who are you going to believe? An old out of date intelligence report that just about every other intelligence gathering agency in the world says is just plain wrong, or the man himself? Am I the only one who see the absurdity of the whole thing?
People are still running around yelling the those self same agencies were wrong about Saddamn's WMD, even though he was telling the world that he in fact, had them. I firmly believe that he had them, but managed to move them to Syria. Now we're being told that Iran stopped it's nuclear acquisition program while Achmed is saying that he still has one. It's a bit like looking in a mirror where everything is back side to.  And don't for a minute forget Time's man of the year who will most likely live to regret giving Iran fuel for it'd 'peaceful' reactor. That guy Putin really is a piece of work.

I can but wonder at the absurdity of the PC anti Christmas crowd. Trees, hannukiyot (menorahs), and other symbols of the season  in an absurd race to see which is the larger display. And the ACLU trying to get them all banned. Next thing you know and they'll be banning house decorations and lawn displays. I almost fell out of my wheely when they started demanding thin Satntas. Like anyone has ever used Santa as justification for their own weight issues. Has there ever been an instance where Santa got stuck in a chimney while making his Christmas eve deliveries?

There are so many other issues to wonder about, but that's enough wondering for today.

A Whole New Way To Look At Torture

The gimp wonders that there has been more than enough talk about torture lately, and I for one am tired of it. The only Presidential candidate who knows anything at all about it has been making some, to me, strange remarks about it lately. Sorry, Mr. McCain, but, listenening to those democrat candidates talk is torture. Of course Kerry had it down to a fine science and if the detainees at Gitmo or anywhere else had been forced to listen to him for as little as five minutes, they would have happily told everything they know.
I've also come up with a couple of other sure fire methods, both of which were recently used on me. The only hitch is that the ACLU would be screaming that they are much to cruel to be used on humans. If that can be overcome, I'm sure they can be used with great success. They are in fact, copied here from my last two personal blog posts:
Ok, so, Gimp House is not the easiest place to find in town, UNLESS YOU LISTEN TO THE DIRECTIONS, then, it's dead easy. You simply follow the signs to a place called Yad Sarah, and Gimp House is the purple flat with the wheely ramp that has 2 scooters parked on it. Nothing easier. The paper boy for that crap English paper actually found it yesterday and I showed him exactly where to put the paper. SHOWED HIM. Let's see of you can get it from this description. There is a screen door. The screen is detached from the frame. If you slip the paper through the screen it will be between the screen door and the main door. And I SHOWED HIM. So, what did I wake up to this morning? An open screen door, which I really really hate, and the paper holding the screen door open. That was the final straw. Now I have to wait until the lazy subscription people get to work at 0930 to cancel the damn thing permanently. Enough is enough. This has been going on for close to a month. I really don't need the agro, I have more than enough to deal with without the added agro of trying to get that paper here so Dem Der can have a paper he can read. I don't need because that English language news paper is the direct cause of my learning to read in Hebrew. The only thing that paper is any good for is washing windows and I only have two windows that ever need washing and the Hebrew papers are almost as good for that. It makes not a lick of difference that it's free for the first month. I don't want it even if they pay me to take it! And if that wasn't enough, they called at 0745 to ask if it got here. Um, I was kind of asleep. Have I mentioned that I really do not like this paper? I think I might have an alternative to using water boarding for torture. Give the captive a 'free' subscription to the Jerusalem Post and he'll be telling everything he knows within 48 hours. Even the Chinese couldn't come up with anything better. And I'm pretty sure there's no mention of Jerusalem Posting in the Geneva Conventions or anywhere else. On the other hand, it won't take the ACLU long to try and get it banned as cruel and unusual. But, by the time they figure it out, much helpful information will have been collected. I say, "Go for it!"
And then, there's this:
This has to be more than just the typical Y chromosome with 'bad' genes. I simply can not believe what Gimp House looks like barely a month after Dem Der moved in. I am neither the neatest, nor, cleanest person in the world, but this is a whole new level. Were I to apply for Gimp House to be a toxic waste dump the application would be summarily rejected. His room looks like a bunker busting bomb went off in it, the kitchen floor is covered with grease and food bits, the shower has huge blobs of his shampoo on the floor. If/when he washes the dishes, he doesn't clean out the sink and bits of stuff are left in the drain strainer, and in the corners of the sink. The cook top has more food on it than what he cooked in a pan. The things he does wash are often put in the wrong place so they aren't to hand when I want them. But that's the least of it. It is truly vile. Oh, and there are trails of bog roll all through the house that he can't be bothered to pick up. He is also incapable of closing the swing top on the bin lid in the kitchen and actually brought bog roll into the kitchen to use instead of paper towels of which there were plenty in the car boot, but he was too lazy to go out and get. Of course he just dropped the misused bog roll into or close to the floor washing pail that lives under the sink, rather than putting it in the bin. That he used a whole sheet of A4 of paper to write 7 numbers instead of the little ones I have right here for just that purpose is the very least of it! There is not a self respecting pig anywhere that would be willing to use Gimp House as a stye in it's present condition. And there is very little I can do about it as the worst of it is the floor and I simply am not able to wash it. I tried that a few weeks ago and it was just not possible. Of course it's much worse now than it was then.
Yes, it really is that bad, worse even. So, I am going to take my sore ankle (it took a pretty bad knock when I practised parachuting landings a couple of weeks ago and isn't healing), to the clinic for a look/see as I can't see it myself, then, I'm coming home to tackle the floor from the wheely. That just might land me in bed for the next few days, but I simply can not stand it and Orna is too busy to do it. Nevermind that the very sight of it would send her screaming out into the street.
Come to think of it, conditions in the local dump are actually better than are here.

See? There really are better methods and they are easily available!

I just don't get it

The gimp wonders how in the world someone can be staunchly pro life on abortion while at the same time being adamantly in favor of the death sentence. Sorry, but it just doesn't work for me. I simply don't see how you can have it both ways.
It seems to me that the death penalty is about as anti life as you can get. I also understand that there are more that few criminals who should be kept as far away from society as possible. I just am one hundred percent convinced that killing them is the way to achieve that goal. Yes, it does cost money to keep the alive in in prison for the rest of their lives with all entails, but, I do think that is the morally correct way to go unless, and this a really big if, they have been sentenced to death for heinous murders, beyond any shadow of the slightest doubt. Having the murder caught on video or cctv would do it for me. Other wise, lock them up in solitary confinement. Never let them see the light of day, give them hard physical labor, practice waterboarding on them and withhold medical treatment so they'll die sooner, but don't kill them. I'm also ok with using them instead of lab monkeys for medical testing if you can figure out a way to get the ACLU to shut up about.
I guess I just can't understand how so many of same people who are anti abortion are also pro death sentence. Inconsistancies sure do get this gimp wondering.
